Reference planar magnetic headphone with tungsten-coated driver — Meze's ultimate flagship. The Meze Audio Elite Tungsten is an open-back over-ear planar magnetic headphone built around Rinaro's Isodynamic Hybrid Array (IHA) driver, which combines elliptical and trapezoidal conductor traces on a large-area membrane to extend frequency response beyond audible limits. The solid tungsten-coated alloy cup construction provides acoustic mass and a distinctive dark aesthetic. Detachable OFC copper cables are included with 3.5mm and 6.35mm terminations, and the headphone supports interchangeable ear pad systems.
