At MGY OÜ we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Below are the return conditions in accordance with Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 (General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users) and EU Directive 2011/83/EU.

1. Right of withdrawal (14 days)

The consumer has a period of 14 calendar days from receipt of the product to withdraw from the contract, without the need to justify the decision and without any penalty.

2. How to exercise the right of withdrawal

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision by an unequivocal statement before the 14-day period expires. You may:

  • Send an email to info@mgy-europe.com with the subject "Withdrawal β€” order no. [your order number]".
  • Or use the withdrawal form template at the end of this page.

We will confirm receipt of your request by email.

3. Return address

Unless we indicate otherwise in the confirmation of your request, the product must be sent to the following address:

We recommend contacting us before sending the product to confirm the updated address and, where applicable, to coordinate pickup with our regular courier.

4. Return conditions

After notifying us of your withdrawal, you have a further 14 calendar days to return the product. The product must be sent:

  • In its original packaging, with all accessories, manuals, cables, and documentation.
  • In a condition suitable for resale.
  • Without signs of permanent installation, modification, or damage.

Pursuant to Article 108 of RDLeg 1/2007, the consumer shall only be responsible for any diminished value of the product resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the product.

5. Cost of return

Direct return shipping costs shall be borne by the consumer, except where the withdrawal is due to a defective, non-conforming, or incorrect product, in which case we will assume them. For high-value shipments, we recommend using insured and trackable courier services.

6. Refund

We will reimburse all payments received, including initial shipping costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), within a maximum of 14 calendar days from the date we are informed of your decision to withdraw from the contract.

The refund will be made using the same means of payment used for the original purchase, unless expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any costs as a result of the refund.

In accordance with Article 107.3 RDLeg 1/2007, we may withhold the refund until we have received the goods, or until the consumer has provided proof of return, whichever condition is met first.

7. Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

Pursuant to Article 103 of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Products made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised (for example, custom-length or custom-configuration cables made to order).
  • Sealed audio or video recordings or sealed software that have been unsealed by the consumer after delivery.
  • Products that, for hygiene reasons, are not suitable for return once unsealed (for example, in-ear earphones whose hygiene seal has been broken).

8. Defective, damaged, or non-conforming products

If you receive a defective, damaged-in-transit, or incorrect product, please contact us as soon as possible at info@mgy-europe.com, providing:

  • Order number
  • Description of the problem
  • Photographs of the product and packaging (especially if the damage is visible)

For visible transit damage, we recommend contacting us within 48 hours of receipt and noting the incident on the courier's delivery note. However, this period is an operational recommendation and does not limit your legal rights under the legal warranty of conformity, which covers a period of 3 years from delivery (see the Warranty Policy).

We will arrange replacement, repair, or refund in accordance with applicable law, at no cost to the consumer and assuming the return shipping costs where applicable.

9. Online dispute resolution

If you are not satisfied with the resolution of your complaint, you may use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform, pursuant to Regulation (EU) 524/2013: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
