1. Shipping zone
We ship throughout Spain: Peninsula, Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla. (Adjust this section if you do not ship to the Canaries / Ceuta / Melilla, as they are subject to a special customs regime β IGIC and customs formalities.)
2. Delivery times
Products are shipped from our facilities in the European Union (Tallinn, Estonia). Estimated delivery times:

Delivery times are calculated from payment confirmation. During high-demand periods (sales, Black Friday, Christmas), times may be extended. For bulky or high-value items (floorstanding speakers, power amplifiers, high-end turntables), pallet shipping and longer times may be required, which will be indicated at order confirmation.
3. Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated automatically in the cart based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of the order. (Insert here your specific table of rates or free-shipping policies above a minimum order value.)
For high-value items, we recommend β and in some cases require β insured shipping, the cost of which will be shown at purchase.
4. Information on VAT and prices
All prices shown are in euros (EUR) and include applicable Spanish VAT, under the European Union One-Stop-Shop (OSS) regime for distance sales to consumers in Spain. (For shipments to the Canary Islands, Ceuta or Melilla, IGIC/IPSI applies at the moment of import.)
5. Tracking
Once the order is dispatched, you will receive an email with the tracking number allowing you to follow the shipment status at any time.
6. Order receipt and damage in transit
Upon receipt, we recommend:
- Verify the condition of the outer packaging before signing the courier's delivery note.
- If you observe visible damage to the packaging, note it expressly on the courier's delivery note ("packaging damaged, contents pending inspection") before signing.
- Contact us at info@mgy-europe.com within 48 hours of delivery, attaching photos of the packaging and the product.
The 48-hour period is an operational recommendation to expedite the claim with the courier; it does not limit your legal rights under the legal warranty of conformity or the right of withdrawal.
7. Failed delivery
If after several delivery attempts it is not possible to reach the recipient, the parcel will be returned to origin. In such a case, the customer may choose between a new shipment (assuming the corresponding costs) or a refund of the product amount, less shipping and return costs where applicable.
8. Pickup at demonstration point or listening room
