8" IsoFlare floorstanding speaker — retro Vintage Classic Series. The Vintage Classic VIII is a two-way floorstanding speaker from Fyne Audio's Vintage Classic Collection, built around an 8-inch IsoFlare point-source driver with a 25mm magnesium dome compression tweeter. The twin-cavity composite fibreboard cabinet fires downward through a BassTrax Tractrix port, crossing over at 1.8kHz. Real walnut veneer, black baffle, gold trim accents, and magnetic grilles complete the 1970s-inspired aesthetic.
Technical background
The Classic 8 uses Fyne's 8-inch IsoFlare coincident driver in a floor-standing cabinet with BassTrax downward-firing bass loading. Point-source IsoFlare imaging provides stable stereo imaging at any listening distance. BassTrax porting reduces rear-wall bass build-up.

The Classic 8 was designed to bring the Vintage Classic aesthetic — classic British floor-standing proportions, real-wood veneer — to a more accessible price point while retaining IsoFlare driver technology throughout.
