Open-back dynamic headphone — natural, coherent sound with walnut cups. The Meze Audio 109 Pro is an open-back over-ear dynamic headphone featuring a 40mm large-diameter biocellulose dynamic driver mounted in a die-cast zinc cup with a natural wood grille. The driver uses a self-centering polymer surround and large-diameter voice coil for wide-bandwidth low-distortion reproduction. The open acoustic design produces a diffuse, spacious soundstage, and the 40 Ω impedance is suited to desktop and mid-tier portable amplification. A detachable cable with 3.5mm jack and 6.35mm adapter is included.

50mm beryllium-coated dynamic driver — lightweight beryllium coating reduces diaphragm resonance and extends high-frequency response vs standard mylar. Paired with open-back acoustic design for wide soundstage.
