F701

2-way floorstanding speaker — F700 Series. The F701 is a two-way standmount loudspeaker in the F700 Series, featuring an 8-inch IsoFlare point-source driver with a coaxially mounted 25mm magnesium dome compression tweeter. The cabinet fires downward through a BassTrax Tractrix diffuser port, and the passive bi-wired crossover operates at 1.8kHz. It is available in piano black, walnut, and white gloss lacquer finishes.

Technical background

The F701 uses the 200mm IsoFlare driver — the same coaxial coincident unit as the flagship F1-8 — in a floor-standing BassTrax cabinet. This means the F701 shares acoustic DNA with Fyne's most critically acclaimed standmount, delivering point-source imaging and BassTrax bass loading at a significantly lower price.
