10" IsoFlare floorstanding speaker — the pinnacle of the F1 flagship range. The F1-10S is a two-way floorstanding speaker featuring Fyne's 10-inch IsoFlare point-source driver — a 250mm multi-fiber bass/midrange cone with a coaxially mounted 75mm magnesium dome compression tweeter. The twin-cavity cabinet uses a downward-firing BassTrax Tractrix port, and the 750Hz crossover is hand-built with premium components subjected to cryogenic treatment. Front-panel HF and presence controls allow ±3dB room adjustment.
Technical background
The F1-10S uses a 10-inch IsoFlare coincident driver — delivering greater bass excursion and midrange presence than the 8-inch F1-8S. The larger driver achieves higher sensitivity (94dB), making it an ideal partner for lower-powered valve or Class A amplification. Twin-cavity BassTrax loading extends response to 26Hz without subwoofer reinforcement.
Design story
Developed as the step beyond the F1-8S in both driver diameter and acoustic scale, the F1-10S was designed for listeners who want the IsoFlare point-source imaging philosophy delivered at full room-filling scale. Manufactured at Fyne's Lennoxtown factory to the same Special Production build standards as all F1S models.
