Preamplificador de referencia, una vía más accesible hacia la gama Ultima. El Chord Electronics ULTIMA PRE 3 es un preamplificador ULTIMA de nivel inicial, diseñado desde cero, con cinco entradas analógicas, topología de ganancia unitaria (×1) y una relación señal/ruido de –105 dB. Incluye un puerto de carga USB Type-A de 5 V y una salida trigger de 12 V, además de sus salidas principales XLR balanceadas y RCA no balanceadas. Comparte la estética de chasis ULTIMA con el resto de la gama.
